How long does my order take?

Most custom and semi-custom orders take approximately 2–3 weeks after proof approval. You’ll receive a digital proof before anything goes to print, and production begins once your proof is approved.

Can I see a proof before printing?

Absolutely. Every custom and semi-custom order includes a digital proof for approval prior to production.

How many edits are included?

All custom orders include 2 rounds of edits to keep the process smooth and efficient.

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush orders may be available depending on production availability. Please reach out before ordering if you’re working with a tight timeline.

What quantities do you offer?

Most cup styles begin at a minimum of 50 pieces, with larger quantity pricing available for weddings, corporate events, and large gatherings.

Can I use my own artwork or crest?

In many cases, yes! We can often incorporate existing artwork, logos, crests, or monograms depending on print compatibility and file quality.

What ink colors are available?

We offer a curated selection of classic, seasonal, metallic, and neon ink colors depending on the product style selected.

Are your cups reusable?

Our styrofoam cups are designed to be durable and reusable for multiple uses with gentle care.

Do you offer wedding & large event quantities?

Yes, we love weddings & large events. Larger quantity pricing is available for weddings, welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, and weekend events.

Yes! We currently ship throughout the United States.

Will my colors look exactly the same in person?

Ink colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, and printing materials, but we do our best to ensure colors print beautifully and consistently.

Can I order matching items?

Absolutely. Many designs can be coordinated across cups, napkins, matches, coasters, stationery, and other event details for a cohesive look.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?

Because most items are custom made specifically for your event, all sales are final once proofs are approved and production begins.
